Why only One day?
If America is going to pick the next president, why do we only have one day to vote. Usually the voting day is on a Tuesday and not on Saturday or Sunday when people don't have work. More votes will be made if the timing was expanded of how long the polls will be open. the lines at the polls get big and some people don't vote because of the big lines.

i agree, there should be more than one day designated for voting. this way, if machines broke down there would be time to fix them and if lines were too long on one day than people could come back on other days. hopefully this problem will be solved for later elections.
